How do I start a rest session?

From the Home tab, select your desired rest duration and category, then tap the session card to begin. You can also use "Drop Everything" for an immediate 1-minute reset.

How do I earn points and badges?

Points are earned by completing rest sessions. Badges are unlocked through milestones like streaks, total sessions, and trying different rest categories. Visit the Rewards tab to see your progress.

How do I set up reminders?

Go to Settings → Email Reminders to configure how often you'd like to receive gentle nudges to rest. You can choose daily or weekly frequency.

Can I use Rest Abeg offline?

Rest Abeg is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Once installed on your device, many features are available offline. Install it from your browser's "Add to Home Screen" option.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete Account" to permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your wellness data, journal entries, and personal information are stored securely and never sold or shared for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
